Can dance moves help sharpen aging minds?
NCT ID NCT06644690
Summary
This study tested whether adding creative dance to a standard cognitive therapy program could better improve thinking skills in older adults with mild memory concerns. Twenty-six participants were randomly assigned to receive either the therapy alone or the therapy combined with dance sessions for eight weeks. Researchers measured changes in memory, attention, and the ability to do two things at once, like walking while talking.
