First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study tested whether adding creative dance to a standard cognitive therapy (CO-OP) can improve memory, attention, and multitasking in older adults with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). 26 participants aged 65-85 took part in an 8-week program. The goal was to see if the dance-enhanced approach works better than the therapy alone.
