First seen Mar 26, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding a drug called entinostat to a standard treatment (dalpiciclib plus letrozole) works better at shrinking tumors before surgery in people with a common type of early breast cancer (HR+/HER2-). About 60 women will be randomly assigned to one of two treatment groups for 6 months. The goal is to see if the combination leads to more tumor shrinkage and better surgical outcomes.
