Summary
This study looks at how milk, fermented milk, and soy drinks change gut health in adults aged 45-65 with belly fat and slightly high blood sugar or cholesterol. About 20 participants will follow a diet based on Canadian food guide recommendations. The goal is to see which drink improves gut bacteria, reduces gut leaks, and lowers inflammation the most.
