Summary
This study looks at how milk, fermented milk, and soy drinks change the gut health of adults aged 45-65 with belly fat and slightly high blood sugar or cholesterol. Researchers will measure gut bacteria, gut leaks, and inflammation. The goal is to see if dairy is better for the gut than soy.
