NCT ID NCT07588945
First seen May 19, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether giving the drug ruxolitinib early can prevent severe graft-versus-host disease (GvHD) in adults receiving a stem cell transplant from a half-matched donor. The trial uses a special model (daGOAT) to identify patients at highest risk. About 438 participants will be enrolled, and the main goal is to see if this approach reduces severe GvHD within the first 100 days after transplant.
