First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tests a combination of chemotherapy drugs (DA-EPOCH) plus an enzyme called asparaginase (Rylaze) in adults newly diagnosed with a type of leukemia called Philadelphia chromosome-negative ALL. The goal is to see if this treatment can kill more cancer cells and help patients reach a state where no cancer cells are detectable. About 30 adults aged 18 and older who cannot use standard pediatric-style treatment will take part.
