First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This early-stage trial tests a combination of two immunotherapies (D2C7-IT and 2141-V11) for people with recurrent glioblastoma, a fast-growing brain cancer. The treatment is delivered directly into the tumor area after surgery, followed by injections near the neck. The goal is to see if it is safe and helps people live longer. About 46 adults with this specific type of brain cancer will take part.
