Summary
This phase 3 trial tests whether adding daratumumab to a standard three-drug regimen (VRd) improves outcomes for people with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma who can undergo high-dose therapy. About 709 participants will receive either the four-drug combo or the standard three drugs. The main goal is to see if the new combination delays disease progression.
