Summary
This study looks at whether D-serine, a natural brain chemical, can help adults with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder learn and think better. About 60 participants will take D-serine for 16 weeks while doing a program that measures how well their brains can change and adapt. The goal is to see if this approach improves memory and other thinking skills.
