Summary
This study looks at whether adding nutrition counseling and stress management to standard medication can improve symptoms for people with active Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis. About 160 adults will be split into four groups, each receiving different combinations of dietitian and psychologist visits alongside their regular treatment. The goal is to see if these lifestyle supports help more people reach remission after 12 weeks.
