Summary

This study looks at whether adding nutrition counseling and stress management to standard medication can help people with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis achieve remission. About 160 adults with active IBD will be randomly assigned to different combinations of dietitian and psychologist visits alongside their regular treatment. The goal is to see if these lifestyle supports improve symptoms and quality of life.
