New hope for psoriatic arthritis sufferers: experimental drug D-2570 enters phase 2 trial

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called D-2570 in people with active psoriatic arthritis, a condition causing joint pain and swelling. About 222 adults aged 18 to 70 will receive either D-2570 or a placebo to see if the drug reduces joint tenderness and swelling. The main goal is to check if more people on D-2570 achieve at least a 20% improvement in symptoms after 12 weeks.
