New pill could ease joint pain for psoriatic arthritis patients

Summary
This study tests a new drug called D-2570 for people with active psoriatic arthritis, a condition causing joint pain and swelling. About 222 adults aged 18-70 will receive either the drug or a placebo to see if it reduces tender and swollen joints after 12 weeks. The goal is to find a safer, more effective treatment option.
