New drug trial aims to clear severe psoriasis skin

Summary
This study is testing whether an investigational drug called D-2570 can improve skin symptoms in people with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis. About 75 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either D-2570 or a placebo for 12 weeks. The main goal is to see if the drug can significantly clear skin plaques compared to the placebo.
