Summary
This phase 3 trial tests whether a drug called cytisinicline can help adults quit vaping nicotine. About 800 daily e-cigarette users will receive either the drug or a placebo for 12 weeks, plus behavioral support. The goal is to see if more people in the drug group can stop vaping completely during the last month of treatment.
