Summary
This early-stage study is testing the safety of new drug combinations for cystic fibrosis in healthy volunteers. Researchers want to understand what side effects might occur and how the drugs move through the body when taken together. The study involves 144 healthy adults who will receive different dose combinations to help determine safe levels for future testing in people with cystic fibrosis.
