Summary
This is an early-stage study testing the safety of new drug combinations (SION-451 with SION-2222 or SION-109) for cystic fibrosis. It involves 144 healthy volunteers to see how their bodies react to and process the drugs. The main goal is to find out if the combinations are safe and well-tolerated before testing in people with the disease.
