Summary
This study aims to find risk factors for osteoporosis in people with cystic fibrosis. Researchers will take a blood sample and study monocytes, which can turn into osteoclasts—cells that break down bone. They will also test how CFTR modulators affect these bone cells. The study involves 25 adults with the F508del mutation.
