New drug shows promise for Tough-to-Treat ovarian cancer

Summary
This study tests a new drug called CYH33 in 93 women whose ovarian, fallopian tube, or peritoneal clear cell cancer has returned or not gone away. The drug targets a specific genetic change (PIK3CA mutation) to try to shrink tumors. Participants must have already tried standard chemotherapy.
