Summary
This study aims to find out if cycling is better than jogging at preventing painful gout flare-ups in the ankle. Researchers will enroll 90 people with gout and split them into a cycling group and a jogging group. They will track how often gout attacks happen, measure pain and blood uric acid levels, and look at ankle joint images over time.
