Summary
This study looks at whether cycling is better than jogging at preventing gout attacks in the ankle. Researchers will track 90 people with gout who have had two or more ankle attacks in the past six months. Participants will either jog or cycle, and the team will measure how often gout flares up, blood uric acid levels, and joint health using ultrasound and MRI.
