Summary
This study tested whether using a stationary bike with biofeedback (real-time cues about movement) can improve deep sensation and physical function in older adults with knee osteoarthritis. Forty participants with mild to moderate knee OA completed the trial. The goal was to see if this simple exercise tool could help reduce sensation problems and improve walking ability.
