Can a shorter, gentler radiation treatment improve life for brain cancer patients?

Summary
This study looks at two types of radiation for people with 4 to 15 brain tumors that have spread from other cancers. One is CyberKnife, which delivers precise radiation in 1 or 2 sessions, and the other is whole-brain radiotherapy, which takes 10 sessions. The goal is to see which treatment better preserves quality of life and survival while causing fewer side effects. About 190 adults with advanced cancer will take part.
