Summary

This study tests a new medication, CX11, to see if it helps people with type 2 diabetes control their blood sugar better. About 240 adults who are already on metformin but still have high blood sugar will take either CX11 or a placebo for 24 weeks. The main goal is to measure changes in HbA1c, a key blood sugar marker.
