Summary
This study tested whether custom-made silicone toe inserts could reduce foot pressure and prevent early signs of foot ulcers in 60 people with diabetes and nerve damage. Participants wore the inserts for six months, and researchers measured changes in foot pressure, skin lesions, and foot health. The goal was to see if these simple devices could help avoid serious foot problems.
