Summary
This study tests whether a customized exercise program can reduce back pain, improve posture (kyphosis angle), and enhance quality of life in healthy adults aged 18-45 with non-specific back pain. Participants will exercise twice a week for four weeks. The goal is to see if tailored exercises offer measurable benefits compared to no exercise.
