Summary
This small pilot study tested whether custom 3D-printed masks could help children with sleep apnea use their CPAP machines more comfortably. Fifteen children who already used a CPAP machine had their faces scanned to create a perfectly fitted mask. The study measured how often the mask was used over six months and whether comfort improved.
