NCT ID NCT06193603
First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study looked at whether adding dry cupping therapy to standard physiotherapy helps people with chronic low back pain more than a fake (sham) cupping treatment. 48 adults with pain lasting at least 3 months took part. The real cupping group had 10 sessions over about 3 weeks. Researchers measured pain, disability, and quality of life to see if cupping provides extra benefit.
