Summary
This study tested a culturally adapted psychoeducation program (CaPE) for adults with bipolar disorder in Pakistan. 303 participants in remission were randomly assigned to receive either CaPE plus usual care or usual care alone. The goal was to see if CaPE could delay mood episode recurrence and improve quality of life. The program was designed to be practical in low-resource settings.
