Summary
This study tested a culturally adapted version of cognitive behavioral therapy (CA-CBT) for Chinese youth aged 12 to 21 in Ontario who have anxiety or depression. The goal was to see if making therapy more culturally relevant improves access and mental health outcomes. Researchers measured changes in anxiety and depression severity before and after treatment.
