Inclusion Criteria: * Students studying in the nursing department of a university, * Who volunteer to participate in the study, * Who were born in Turkey or have lived in Turkey for at least one year, * Who have no difficulty speaking and understanding Turkish and have started clinical internships. Exclusion Criteria: * Students who did not give their consent at any stage of the study and withdrew, * Those who have serious difficulties in speaking and understanding Turkish, * Those who have previously participated in a similar training program.
