First seen Jan 17, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tested whether a culturally adapted version of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for insomnia (CBTi) could help Arab adults sleep better. 54 participants were randomly assigned to receive one of two adapted CBTi programs or be placed on a waiting list. The goal was to see if adapting the therapy to Arab culture made it more effective at reducing insomnia, improving mood, and easing fatigue.
