Summary

This study tested whether a sleep therapy called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi) could be adapted for Arab adults. 54 participants were randomly assigned to receive one of two culturally adapted versions of the therapy or to a wait-list. The goal was to see if the adapted therapy could reduce insomnia severity and improve sleep, mood, and fatigue.
