Virtual reality reveals: culture shapes how we learn

NCT ID NCT07242937

First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study looked at whether growing up in different cultures affects how people learn and move in virtual reality. Forty-three healthy university students, some who lived mainly in their home country and others who lived abroad for at least ten years, completed cognitive tests, motor skill tasks, and a VR game over four days. The goal was to observe natural differences in learning patterns, not to test a treatment.
