NCT ID NCT07466862

First seen Mar 17, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study tests whether personalized cooking and food guidance can help slow muscle loss and improve quality of life in adults with advanced cancer who are on chemotherapy. About 200 participants will be split into two groups: one gets standard nutrition care plus exercise advice, and the other gets the same plus tailored meal plans based on their taste changes and body measurements. The goal is to find a practical way to help patients eat better and stay stronger during treatment.
