Summary

This study compares two types of exercise programs—Cuevas Medak Exercises and Rebound Exercises—to see which better improves physical fitness in children with Down syndrome. Twenty-two children aged 3 to 8 will participate in 12 weeks of supervised sessions. The goal is to find a fun and effective way to help these kids get stronger and healthier.
