Summary
This study tests a new treatment called CTX112 for people with B-cell blood cancers (like lymphoma or leukemia) that have come back or not responded to standard therapy. CTX112 uses CRISPR gene-editing to create donor T-cells that target and kill cancer cells. The trial involves about 120 adults and aims to check safety and how well the treatment shrinks tumors.
