This early-stage study tested a new drug called CTX-471, given alone or with another immunotherapy (pembrolizumab), in 100 adults with advanced cancers like lung cancer, melanoma, or head and neck cancer that had stopped responding to standard PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors. The main goal was to check the drug's safety and find the right dose. While it may offer a new option, it is not a cure and requires ongoing treatment.
