Blood test may predict hodgkin lymphoma relapse in kids

NCT ID NCT07356882

First seen Jan 22, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study is exploring whether a blood test that detects tumor DNA (called ctDNA) can help predict if Hodgkin lymphoma will come back in children and young adults under 25. Researchers will follow 400 participants over several years to see if ctDNA levels at diagnosis and during treatment can identify those at higher risk of relapse. The goal is to improve how doctors personalize treatment and reduce long-term side effects.
