Blood test could decide when to add chemo to immunotherapy for lung cancer

Summary
This study looks at whether a simple blood test that measures tumor DNA (ctDNA) can help doctors decide when to add chemotherapy to standard immunotherapy for people with advanced lung cancer. About 230 participants will receive pembrolizumab, and if their ctDNA levels don't drop, they will also get chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this personalized approach improves survival and delays cancer growth.
