Blood test could personalize lung cancer therapy

Summary
This study tests whether adding chemotherapy to standard immunotherapy (pembrolizumab) can improve outcomes for people with advanced lung cancer. Researchers will use a blood test that detects cancer DNA (ctDNA) to decide when to add chemo. About 230 participants will be enrolled to see if this personalized approach helps control the disease better.
