First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Jun 19, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a personalized blood test can find tiny bits of tumor DNA in 40 patients with advanced head and neck cancer. Researchers took blood samples before surgery, after surgery, and during 18 months of follow-up. The goal was to see if this test could help predict if the cancer comes back, which could lead to better treatment decisions in the future.
