Summary
This study looked at 40 patients with advanced head and neck cancer to see if a personalized blood test could find tiny bits of tumor DNA (ctDNA) before and after surgery and during follow-up. The goal was to learn if this test could help predict if the cancer would come back. The study did not test a new treatment but aimed to gather information for better future care.
