NCT ID NCT07179484

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tests a treatment called CT041, which uses a patient's own immune cells (T-cells) that are modified in a lab to target and attack stomach cancer cells. It is for people with advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The treatment is given after standard first-line therapy to see if it can help control the cancer longer. About 20 adults will take part, and researchers will monitor how well the treatment works, how long it keeps the cancer from growing, and any side effects.
