NCT ID NCT07212751
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study looks at whether certain features of plaque (fatty deposits) seen on a heart CT scan can help doctors predict a person's risk of heart attack, stroke, or death. Researchers will review the CT scans of 22,000 adults who had chest pain and underwent a CT angiogram between 2012 and 2022. The goal is to see if these plaque features can guide better treatment choices.
