Summary
This study tests a new drug called CST-3056 in 12 adults with neurogenic orthostatic hypotension (a sharp drop in blood pressure when standing) caused by Parkinson's disease or pure autonomic failure. The goal is to see if the drug improves blood pressure and reduces symptoms like dizziness. Participants will receive different doses to find the safest and most effective one.
