Summary

This study is for people with head and neck cancer that has returned after standard treatments. It tests a new therapy where a patient's own immune cells are modified in a lab to better recognize and attack cancer cells. The main goals are to see if the treatment is safe and to find the best dose. About 33 adults will take part in this early-phase trial.
