Summary

This study follows 20 adults with CSF1R-related leukoencephalopathy, a rare genetic brain disease, to see if a stem cell transplant can stabilize or improve thinking and movement. Researchers will track changes over time using exams and brain scans. The goal is to understand if this treatment can control the disease long-term.
