Summary
This study looks at whether certain proteins in spinal fluid can help predict how multiple sclerosis (MS) will progress over time. Researchers will follow 100 adults with MS or optic neuritis, measuring disability, vision, and brain scans. The goal is to find better ways to forecast the disease course and guide treatment decisions.
