First seen Mar 18, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This early-stage trial tests a new treatment called WS-CART-CS1 for people with multiple myeloma that has come back or not responded to at least three prior therapies. The treatment uses a patient's own immune cells, modified to target a protein called CS1 found on myeloma cells. The main goals are to check safety and see if the therapy can shrink or control the cancer. About 25 participants will take part.
